Ursula Miles (Myles), a Relationship Strategist, Motivational Speaker, and Independent Author is known as The Love Mentor. She is on a hardcore mission to help individuals understand the equation of love, and that it all begins with the inner self. She is very passionate about coaching and mentoring others about love, dating, and relationships.
Experiencing dead-end relationships one after another, married for over 8 years only to divorce leaving her a single mom of two girls, and even settling for being the other woman briefly has swept her past. Ursula knows all too well about the heartache and pain of relationships. She is quite familiar with compromising who you are, what you stand for and even compromising your future for a relationship.
She decided that at the age of 33, some things needed to change.
She needed to grow up, put on her big girl panties, and get real with herself about her love life if she wanted a healthier relationship. She knew that part of her problem was herself and her perspective on every relationship that she had been a part of.
After being involved in a relationship for almost two years, and though it was not easy, she learned tremendous and valuable information to feed to individuals. The relationship helped shape her mindset to house a better, healthier, and long-lasting relationship. Not only just learning about what it takes to make a relationship work, but how to prepare yourself for one that is nurturing, loving, and prosperous. She had to do some deep and honest self-reflection about past dealings with men. She faced the reality of where the “real” problem was rooted.
Ursula is a Love Coach that has taken advantage of every opportunity before her to mentor women, men and couples to become better individuals to promote healthier relationships.
Ursula empowers her clients and audience to focus on their mindset and thinking. To gain more knowledge and a better understanding of themselves. She believes that with the three most important components within yourself, knowledge, understanding, and wisdom, any relationship can work. But of all, the relationship with yourself is the most essential.
Ursula is straightforward and dedicated to helping individuals sort out the real problem in the equation of love and relationships by working to evolve the unchanged variable(self).
Ursula is ecstatic about the release of her first book, What Are Men Saying About Women, a self-help relationship book. It took her over three years to write this piece of work to make it perfect for her audience. She hopes that this book reaches many hands and change many lives of women. It is due to release in March 2020.
At The Dinner Table, a podcast about love, dating, relationships, and issues in the black community, will also debut in the Summer of 2020. Ursula wanted to share her gift in many ways other than just through her writing. She wanted the opportunity to host a platform where others could take advantage of and share their gift. The mission for this podcast is to nurture the souls of the audience through knowledge, wisdom, and discussions that one can benefit, learn and apply to their own life.
